With 27 years experience cooking in the British Army, in various environments around the world from operational tours in Afghanistan and Iraq to being the personal chef to the Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe, our Head Chef and Business Director Lee is excited to present their vision to you. Lee will be bringing you fresh, seasonal and local produce to tantalise your taste buds.
With many years experience in the hospitality industry and also being a trained chef, our Catering & Events Manager and Business Director Ashley will always provide you with a warm welcome and great customer service. She also has fantastic organisational skills and will be on hand to ensure you have the best time during your visit.
We never want to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local suppliers such as Gray's The Butcher's. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season.
